Sales Coordinator for Hair Transplant Clinic

We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Coordinator with experience in hair restoration or aesthetic procedures, focused on guiding patients and closing high-value treatments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hair transplant or aesthetic procedure sales (required)
• Proven success closing treatments in the range of $5K–$20K+
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Experience handling leads from digital platforms (Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel management

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and qualify incoming leads, converting them into patients
• Coordinate consultations and maintain follow-up until closing
• Improve sales scripts and optimize the patient journey
• Keep CRM updated and report performance metrics

Compensation:

• Up to $15,000/month ($180,000/year)
